about jeffool:
I've often chalked my inhibitions to life to my locale (Albany, GA,) but now, I'm trying to change that, and I'm looking for a woman who's interested in a serious relationship.
I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, hit bars or pool halls, etc. I'm more the type that prefers hanging out with friends at someone's house or at a restaurant, or going out on a date and doing the dinner/movie thing.
Any deep conversation is a good one. The universe, religion, literature, film, etc. I'm deeply interested in politics, but unfortunately my job doesn't allow me to venture into that field much. The important part when having discussions like this is to be able to 'agree to disagree'. Just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean they're wrong. I understand this, and wish more people did.
When describing myself, more than anything, I point out that I'm a very 'laid back' guy; the epitome of "easy going" and "even keeled." I find that 'drama' and mood swings are not fetching attributes, so I try to avoid those things. Besides, no one likes a jackass.
If presented with a glass of water, equal parts water and air, I am a "half-empty" kind of guy. In fact, I'd say "it's damn near bone dry!" But I try really hard to be a "It's half a glass of water" type of person.
I'm currently living/working here in Albany in the media, though I aspire to further my career in other areas of the country (in larger cities.) I write, I program, and I like to think myself a creative person.

what jeffool would like to do on a first date:
A _first_ date? Probably the old school 'go see a film and then have dinner'. It's a classic not because it's overly wonderful, but because it works.
Go see a film. And afterward, get to know each other. If things don't go well, or you need a jumping off point for conversation, you've got the film. It's genius in its simplicity.
